Over the years, Ein Prosit has been able to host some of the greatest Italian chefs, who have proposed, within the “Taste Itineraries”, some of their dishes combined with Friuli Venezia-Giulia's wines. Thus, wine lovers have been able to please their palate and to appreciate Italian cuisine in its greatest expressions.
In past editions, there have been, among the others: Massimo Bottura, who has recently ranked in the second position in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Chicco Cerea, Heinz Beck, Italo Bassi, Mauro Uliassi, Moreno Cedroni, Gennaro Esposito, Pino Cuttaia, Davide Scabin and Antonino Cannavacciuolo.

Even in 20th edition, Ein Prosit will host, during the days of the event, some of the greatest representatives of the national food sector.

During dinners, the service will be managed by the teachers and the students of the High School “Istituto Statale d'Istruzione Superiore Bonaldo Stringer” from Udine.
