The great variety of dinners planned for "Ein Prosit", with the participation of some of the best chefs in Italy, has created a positive impulse for the restaurant owners in Tarvisio's area, who are now working hard in their kitchen with right motivation and creativity to create menus for this event and to offer food lovers, visiting Tarvisio in the days of the event, a real food satisfaction.

In fact, even this year, as in previous editions, Valcanale's restaurant owners have designed a "Taste Menu", combining it with types of wine of wine producers participating in this event. These ones can be tried on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
